    terms of service

    • Payments will be made through Ko-fi or VGen. Prices are set in USD.

    • I will not start the commission until given full payment.

    • If you can't afford to pay the full amount for a commission over $100, ask me about a payment plan.

    • I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

    • I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.

    • I do not reserve slots for commissions.

    • Commissions are for personal use only. Do not sell my art as your own.

    • The art I create for clients cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI.

    • Clients must provide references. The more detail, the better.

    • Clients can ask for up to 2 different commissions from me. I will not accept any more work than that per person.

    • A client has up to 3 edits at the final stage of the commission.

    • If you’d like the commission finished at a specific time, please communicate this with me. I will need at least 2 weeks before the deadline. Rush orders will be charged more.

    • I will post your finished commission to my socials unless specifically asked not to. You are allowed to repost your commission as long as you give credit.
